Warragul Camera Club

WEBSITE www.warragulcameraclub.org

In 2004 work commenced on preparing a club website.  This website was created jointly by David and Ruth Burleigh. David hosted the site and was our technical administrator, and Ruth maintained the site, up until March 2013.

Early in 2013 a subcommittee was formed consisting of Laurie Snowball, Ruth Burleigh and David Woodcock to investigate getting a more advanced website and an external host. Laurie found Visual Pursuits an American hosting company specializing in photography clubs.  In March 2013 we used Visual Pursuits and we are still using this site today. Thanks to Laurie’s hard work in the early days it is proving to be a very good site.  Having a club website changed the administration of the club, we can display members’ images, advertise coming events and our National Exhibition entry forms are available, the monthly newsletter is available via the site, current members upload their monthly entries to the site, as are various club documents.
